Weekend Reading

Happy Saturday! I can’t believe it’s already the weekend again. Hope y’all had a great week.

Today @butterfly.garden.book.nook and I are continuing to read The Simple Wild. I’m not 100% sure, but I think we are the last two people left to read this book.😂 I’m already hooked into this story, and can’t wait to see how it ends.

This weekend’s special treat are cookies from Gideon’s Bakehouse and I cannot put into words how good they are. When we lived in Florida I would hop over to north Orlando and pick up these larger than life cookies (each one weighs 1/2 a pound!) as a special treat. Since, I’m in town helping my dad as he recovers from an illness I popped over and picked up a variety to make the days a bit sweeter.
