King of Ashes

𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘀

𝗣𝘂𝗯: 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

Every single one of Crosby‘s books I’ve read has gone on my lifetime favorites shelf, and King of Ashes has found its place along all his other books on that shelf!

Can we all just agree that there is no way to possibly write a review for one of Cosby‘s books. There is nothing I can write that will possibly do this story justice. It’s just not possible. He writes characters and plots that are so layered, emotional, raw, and real while feeling like the story itself could all happen in your own town. Also, I’m beginning to think that Crosby‘s books just need to have their own genre title, but I can’t come up with anything yet.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸?

Adam Lazarre-White did a superb job narrating this story. He’s honestly the reason I got in at least a 7 mile walk when I first started listening to the book! His voice and inflection pull you right into the emotions of the story.
